Submission Guidelines

1. Manuscripts should be more than 10,000 words. The contents should involve clear theoretical and academic arguments, reliable and accurate data, theoretical, forward-looking, practical, and innovative property.

2. The following contents in the manuscript shall be complete:

Title

Author's signature (the full name of the author's organization, its province, city and zip code shall be indicated);

Abstract (objectively reflect the main content with independence and self-inclusion, appropriate length of 200 ~ 300 words);

· Keywords (3 ~ 5 words);

· Chinese library classification number and document identification code;

· body (the headings should be short and clear, and logically connected among each subordinated orders. They should be no more than 4 orders, and written with parallel construction in the form of 1,1.1, 1.1.1 and 1.1.1.1 );

· References (the quotation in the article must be marked with complete information: for books, the main responsible authors, the literature title, the place of publication, the publisher, the year of publication, the page number are required in sequence; for journal articles, the main responsible authors, the article and journal titles, the publication year, volume (issue), and page number shall be provided.

· English title; The Chinese pinyin of the authors’ name and the English name of the organization to which the authors belong;

· English abstract (equivalent information to that of Chinese abstract);

· English keywords (one-to-one correspondence with Chinese keywords);

In addition, a brief introduction of the author (name, birth year, gender, educational background, professional title, research direction), the corresponding address, contact phone number and email address should be marked on the first page of the submitted manuscript. If funded by a project, the project source and approval number should also be indicated. The submitted manuscript should ideally be a word document.

3. Manuscripts should comply with academic norms. Plagiarism and multi-contribution of one manuscript are strictly prohibited.

4. The editorial office has the right to make normative amendments to the manuscript. If the authors do not agree with the amendments, please mark at the end of the manuscript.

5. We call for contributions all the year round, and charge no publication fee in 2020. We insist on paying according to the quality and welcome excellent contributions.
