Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep-rooted integration between the digital economy and  the manufacturing industry prises and constructing digital innovation ecosystems have become critical propositions for  , stimulating the innovation vitality of traditional manufacturing entermanufacturing transformation and upgrading as well as high-quality corporate development. Taking the development history of Haier Group from 2005 to 2026 as a longitudinal case sample, this paper divides the evolution of its digital innovation ecosystem into three phases development, and maturity. A dynamic analytical framework of "scenario-driven— digital gover : incubation - , nance—value co-creation" is constructed. From multi-dimensional perspectives including  scenario-driven, cross-boundary connection, symbiotic evolution, and dependent upgrading, this  paper deconstructs the phased evolution path of digital innovation ecosystems within traditional  manufacturing enterprises and the internal mechanism for multi-agent value co-creation. The research results demonstrate that: ①Scenario-driven serves as the logical starting point for constructing digital innovation ecosystems human-unit integration, industrial ecology . It covers three scenario-driven modes , and smart home. Scenario-driven decomposes  , namely  top-level strategies into implementable business units and provides low-risk entry paths for  manufacturing enterprises to incubate ecosystems. ②Digital governance acts as the core operational mechanism for ecosystem iteration cross-boundary connection to dependent upgrading and further to symbiotic evolution . It undergoes hierarchical transitions from  , which promotes the relationships among ecological agents to evolve from loose resource collaboration toward institutionalized symbiosis. ③As the value-oriented outcome of ecosystem evolution, value  co-creation presents progressive evolutionary patterns tial network establishment, formation of value networks and capability leapfrogging : verification of value propositions and ini , as well as  - emergence of value ecology and symbiotic prosperity. Relying on digital technology empowerment, value network construction and value ecology formation, tripartite value win-win outcomes  among core enterprises, ecological partners, and end-users are ultimately achieved. ④The digital innovation ecosystem exhibits distinct phased characteristics human-unit-integrated scenario-driven approaches facilitate organizational framework construc . In the incubation phase - , tion and consumer demand insight to realize preliminary ecosystem incubation ment phase, platform opening and strategic iteration support the establishment of smart home  . In the developecological circles and accomplish ecological collaboration tomized home scenario-driven approaches, customized solutions are implemented . In the maturity phase, rooted in cus , digital trans - - formation is continuously advanced per reveals the internal logic for traditional manufacturing enterprises to promote the phased evo , and personalized scenario solutions are delivered. This pa- - lution of digital innovation ecosystems via dynamic digital governance with scenarios as the starting point. It expands the case-study perspective for innovation ecosystem research and offers  practical implications for traditional manufacturing enterprises to conduct digital transformation  and build digital innovation ecosystems.
