Constructing a "Practice Paradigm" for Management Innovation  of Chinese-style Modern Enterprises

Abstract: Management is an enduring issue in enterprise development, and enterprises must  continuously innovate to sustain competitive advantage. Management innovation promotes organi⁃ zational transformation by optimizing resource allocation, strengthening talent support, reducing  the risks of technological innovation, and fostering co-creation and shared value, thereby improv⁃ ing innovation performance. The driving forces of management innovation mainly arise from tech⁃ nological revolutions as well as institutional and cultural changes. Enterprise innovation is a syn⁃ ergistic process in which technological innovation and management innovation evolve simultane⁃ ously and reinforce one another. Technological progress inevitably stimulates managerial prog⁃ ress, while managerial transformation must adapt to scientific and technological development. Therefore, management innovation in Chinese enterprises should be rooted in China's rich cul⁃ tural traditions and draw upon traditional Chinese management philosophy. Enterprises should  seek innovation models compatible with China's social and cultural environment in order to sup⁃ port long-term and sustainable development. This paper examines the value of management in⁃ novation for enterprise growth and economic development in China, and proposes the construc⁃ tion of a "practical paradigm" of management innovation. The study finds that enterprises can  improve operational performance by continuously promoting management innovation, establish⁃ ing specialized innovation departments, optimizing organizational mechanisms, and systemati⁃ cally summarizing internal innovation experiences. In addition, organizational learning plays a  crucial role in transforming management innovation into improved business performance. Based  on these findings, the paper argues that management innovation is a key driver of the sustainable  growth of Chinese enterprises. However, innovation approaches should integrate diverse sources  of knowledge while fully leveraging organizational learning effects. Accordingly, the study pro⁃ poses a "practical paradigm" for management innovation characterized by being practice-based, problem-oriented, and case-driven. This paradigm operates through a cyclical process of  "summarizationevaluationpromotiondemonstrationoptimization", enabling the continu⁃ ous upgrading of management innovation practices and the sustained release of organizational  learning effects. The paper further argues that strengthening macro-level institutional support, focusing on the practical experiences of Chinese enterprises, and deepening the dissemination of  management experience are essential for understanding China's economic growth from a microlevel perspective and for articulating the achievements of Chinese modernization. By integrating  management practice with management theory and evaluating innovation outcomes through the  proposed "practical paradigm", Chinese enterprises and scholars can contribute to the develop⁃ ment of a management discourse system with distinct Chinese characteristics.
