Mechanisms and Pathways for Technology-leading Enterprises in  Cultivating Future Industries

Abstract: Technology-leading enterprises are a crucial pillar of the nation's strategic scien⁃ tific and technological strength and possess unique advantages in driving the development of fu⁃ ture industries in the context of digital intelligence. This article, based on an in-depth analysis  of the advantages of technology-leading enterprises, reveals their theoretical mechanisms for cul⁃ tivating future industries through relevant case studies. It proposes breakthrough paths for nur⁃ turing future industries by technology-leading enterprises from five aspects: technology, indus⁃ try, financing, talent, and policy. Research findings indicate that: ①technology-leading enter⁃ prises possess five significant advantageous characteristics: technological leadership, industrydriving capability, product advancement, market foresight, and user leadership; ②these enter⁃ prises empower the development of future industries by leveraging five key effects: innovation  demonstration effect, industrial agglomeration effect, capital multiplier effect, talent leadership  effect, and policy spillover effect; ③through five strategic pathwaysbreaking through critical  core technologies, promoting industrial clustering, providing diversified financing support, em⁃ phasizing talent leadership, and strengthening policy coordinationtechnology-leading enter⁃ prises establish an innovative closed loop that drives future industry development. Finally, based  on these conclusions, recommendations are proposed to strengthen the guiding role of  technology-leading enterprises and their influence on the industrial chain, improve policy sup⁃ port and financial assistance, prioritize the development of leading technological talent, and en⁃ courage the growth of private leading enterprises, aiming to offer practical and feasible refer⁃ ences for policy formulation by China's government science and technology departments and to  promote the development of future industries.
