Abstract: Grasping the challenges and opportunities presented by the new era of scientific  and technological revolution is the inevitable requirement of industrial intelligence, which stands  out as a pivotal strategic initiative for China in advancing new industrialization and achieving  high-quality economic development. The concept of "industrial intelligence" not only poses  fresh opportunities to management research within the Chinese context but also injects new connotations into the exploration of the theory of industrial system transformation in the era of digital  intelligence. Hence, in-depth examination of the laws and trends of industrial intelligence, rooted in both a global perspective and China's practical experiences is imperative. This exploration seeks to explore the mechanisms by which industrial intelligence can contribute to the construction of China's modern industrial system. This study emphasizes that industrial intellectualization constitutes a systemic process wherein industrial entities leverage digital intelligent technology to instill intelligence and reshape the industrial system, resulting in a shift in industrial  logic. It is not merely a process system aimed at enhancing production and operational efficiency  but also an innovation-oriented ecological system. The analytical framework of industrial intelligence follows the logic of "AI breakthrough-driven transformation-co-creation of value. " It  delves into the novel principles and regulations governing enterprise operations at both the strategic and industrial ecological levels. The deep integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing industry are promoting the development of our new-type industrialization. This research  underscores several key findings: firstly, the infusion of "intelligence" into the industry reinforces the enabling role of "digitalization" in industrial development, representing a new stage in  the evolution of industrial digitalization and will trigger the new logic of industrial innovation and  development. Secondly, the industry's "intelligence" enhances the innovation capabilities of enterprises through knowledge integration, independent decision-making, precise matching and  others. Thirdly, the "intellectualization" of the industry propels the full integration of industrial  boundaries, accelerates inter-industry penetration and reduces the original industrial barriers, not only promotes the rapid development of industrial intelligent ecology, but also continuously  promotes the generation of new business forms
