Abstract: As the main core industry in China's real economy, manufacturing can fully reflect the overall productivity and economic development level of the country. With the development of the manufacturing industry continues to mature, the main goal of China's economic development is gradually shifting towards high-quality development, and the existing economic structure is no longer able to meet the realization of high-quality goals. Therefore, the transformation and up⁃ grading of the economic structure are extremely urgent. Manufacturing service-oriented is a model in which the core of manufacturing enterprises shift from manufacturing to service in the value chain, and then gain competitive advantages. The emergence of digital transformation has gradually become a key factor in achieving high-quality development of new energy vehicle en⁃ terprises. Therefore, in order to further clarify the mechanism of the relationship between service-oriented, digital transformation, and corporate performance, this article, based on exist⁃ ing research, uses new energy vehicle companies as research samples to empirically test the rela⁃ tionship between the three. The main analysis process is as follows. Firstly, a specific explana⁃ tion is given on the development background of service-oriented and digital technology; Sec⁃ ondly, based on existing relevant literature research, a systematic literature review is conducted on the relationship between manufacturing service-oriented and enterprise performance, as well as between service-oriented, digital and enterprise performance. Based on this, corresponding research hypotheses are proposed; Once again, empirical analysis is used to analyze the relevant indicator data of new energy automobile listed companies from 2016 to 2020, in order to clarify the specific relationship between new energy vehicle service-oriented, digital and enterprise per⁃ formance; Finally, based on the above analysis results, the conclusions and inspirations of this article are drawn. At the same time, it also provides reference for enterprises in other industries undergoing service-oriented transformation. The research results indicate that there is a signifi⁃ cant inverted U-shaped relationship between the service-oriented transformation of new energy vehicle enterprises and enterprise performance, that is, the impact of service-oriented transfor⁃ mation on enterprise performance does not show a simple linear relationship; Digital transforma⁃ tion has had a positive impact on the relationship between service-oriented and enterprise per⁃ formance. This article will provide corresponding suggestions for the transformation and upgrad⁃ ing of new energy vehicle enterprises based on the research results.
